If customers require a one-stop service, we can coordinate various resources to assist customers in power station delivery, including exploration and analysis, EPC, financial support, and other related issues. This approach aims to address the installation challenges of the customer’s station and ensure a seamless, one-stop delivery.
After the energy storage equipment arrives, our professional delivery team will perform grid connection installation and commissioning until the grid connection is completed. Additionally, ARK-E Series has already completed basic commissioning in our factory, which significantly reduces commissioning time compared to conventional container solutions. Once the grid connection is completed, the station will be fully monitored by the eMind cloud platform, and no specialized personnel are required for operation and maintenance.
For industrial and commercial user-side projects, we offer a full lifecycle service system. In the pre-project phase, our engineers provide technical route training, answer questions, and offer technical selection assistance, as well as conduct on-site surveys to propose initial solutions. During the project phase, our professional engineers provide technical support for on-site delivery and installation, and complete station commissioning and grid connection. In the after-sales phase, the on-site delivery team completes installation, commissioning, and grid connection, while the cloud platform monitors the station’s actual operating conditions in real-time. Customer complaints are handled efficiently on a 24/7 basis. Additionally, for industrial and commercial projects, we can coordinate resources with financial institutions, EPCs, design institutes, and industry partners to reduce the difficulty of station development for our customers.
Currently, the primary revenue model for industrial and commercial user-side energy storage is peak-valley arbitrage, combined with local subsidies, demand-side response, demand management, and energy time-shifting. It can also participate in virtual power plant operations to share profits.
Yes, our solution can build a grid and supports seamless switching between grid-connected and off-grid modes, as well as black-start, inertia support, and ramp-up services.
According to data, all power stations at the 35kV junction have an efficiency of over 86%, with some achieving efficiencies of over 90%.
The topology of our power station consists of three layers: equipment layer (energy storage system), connection layer (network communication), and station control layer (EMS equipment). This structure is consistent with traditional solutions. However, in the equipment layer, we integrate energy storage systems through smaller cabinets and achieve deeper integration via eLink on the device side, resulting in fewer access points for the entire station and faster response speeds.
Our solutions are mainly designed for the power side and the grid side. Power-side solutions can provide renewable energy for peak shaving and valley filling, smooth out power fluctuations, offer frequency regulation auxiliary services, provide backup capacity, and support wind and solar power plant dispatch tracking. Grid-side solutions can provide smart load management for the grid, respond to peak shaving and frequency regulation commands to receive subsidies, reduce pressure on transmission and distribution equipment, alleviate capacity congestion, offer dynamic reactive power support, and delay the expansion and upgrade of transmission and distribution systems to reduce costs.
Our energy storage products are highly integrated. With the support of Anari Energy, equipment commissioning can be completed in our factory. Combined with a professional delivery team, we have set the industry benchmark for delivery. For example, at the Chongzuo power station in Guangxi, with a scale of 57.5MW/115MWh, it took only 45 days from equipment shipment to grid connection and commissioning, receiving high recognition from the owner and several commendation letters. (For the Tongli project with 100MW/200MWh, it took only 40 days from signing to delivery.)
In terms of production capacity, our output exceeded 12GWh by the end of 2023, and we plan to complete the construction of 20GWh capacity by 2024. Additionally, we have applied automated production lines to module PACK automation, PCS automation, and system assembly & commissioning. We have implemented an MES system across the entire process, ensuring stability in production with traceable information at each stage, providing comprehensive assurance of product quality and reliability.
Anari Energy has a technical team of over 100 professionals, led by industry-renowned experts. We have established a comprehensive electrochemical energy storage technology and power electronics lab. Our R&D efforts cover the development of battery PACK, BMS, PCS, EMS products, and integrated GWh-scale energy storage systems with our eBlock solution. We have received over 100 patents and technical certifications and are a leader in modular distributed energy storage.
